I have to confess that I rather like the idea of McDonald's being a victim of anything!
Well, being pedantic, it was the customers of McDonalds who are/were the "victims" BUT McDonalds does suffer a blow to its 'reputation', whatever you think that may be.For scammers to hide behind a well known corporation with a young-ish customer base is further stretching the bounds of "despicable".Hope you enjoyed your hols - you were Cruising, were you not?
I need your assistance, please: I have just received an email from an unknown sender who is using the Russian alphabet. There is an attachment. I know I must not open the attachment but should I delete the email or simply leave it alone?Obviously, I have not opened the email. Many thanks in advance!annesevant
There is no harm in deleting an e-mail without opening it.Just to be extra sure you can then go to your e-mail "Deleted Items" folder and delete it there.
Thank you NeighbourhoodWatcher. I have deleted and now I have to find where the deleted items folder is hiding!annesevant
"......and now I have to find where the deleted items folder is hiding!"Are you sure you haven't deleted it????
I used to have a 'recently deleted' facility to retrieve an email if wished. Very useful when erring fingers had deleted the wrong email. Now, nowhere to be seen. When deleted, it's deleted! (Or hiding itself pretty well!)annesevant
Whatever you do, don't Delete the Delete button!
